Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order”. We have No cancellation charges if you cancel the order within the stipulated time frame.

    1.Eligibility for Refunds

    To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

      1. You must have purchased the item from our Site or App.
      2. We only accept returns against manufacturing defects within 10 days from the shipping date of your order.
      3. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not be damaged or used.
      4. If applicable, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
      5. We generally ship the order within 7 working days from the date of your order is placed. In case of a delay, the customer is requested to wait for 30 days and after that customer can email us for a refund.
      6. Any returned merchandise that you wish to send back MUST be approved by a sales staff member of Maxify Marketing LLP.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at our email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and notify you of our decision.

If your request is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
